Will this service ever charge me any money?
No. Your Free Tenant Screening.com is a service that is provided at 100% no charge to it's users. Applicants however will pay a processing fee when they complete the online application.
 
What is the cost to the applicant?
A single applicant pays $39.95. Two applicants applying together pay $64.95.
 
Will YFTS share my email address or any of my info with anyone?
No. Your information is held in our sercure database and not sold or given to anyone.
 
What happens to any applicants I discard?
Any applicants you deny placement will return to our database and YFTS will assist them in placement elsewhere if possible. Or they will recieve an official letter from YFTS informing them that thier application was denied due to... (Examples- Credit Rating Below Qualifying/ Poor Rental History/ Insuficient Employment History/ etc....)
